Meet The Team

Operations Manager 

Rob is highly respected in the industry for his knowledge and management style. Small in person but big in personality and ambition. 

In his spare time at weekends he helps Buntingford based race team 'BMR' in the British Touring Car Championship. 

Accident Repair Centre Supervisor

Craig has been with us since 2013, joining straight from school as a valetor. He's trained in Sales and Service and is now our Bodyshop advisor where he deals with insurance approvals and makes all customer arrangements for accident repairs. 

Craig enjoys his football and plays for Westmill FC on the left wing.  

Paint Sprayer

Bryan originally worked for M J Warner as an apprentice when we first opened in 1980. He rejoined us in 2017 having taken over 35 years to discover the grass isn't greener on the other side after all. We're delighted to work with him again as he has a wealth of knowledge and wisdom. 

Uncle Bryan loves his motorbikes and owns a Triumph. 

Paint Prepartion Technician

George joined the team in 2017 as a Paint Prep Techncian. It's his responsibility to esnure that our pre-painting preperation meets the highest industry standards. 

We activally encourage progression and training within our business so George is trainging to become a painter. That's on vehicles, not fine arts.

George drivers a Seat Ibiza FR so at least he's with the Volkswagen Group family. 

Workshop Manager 

Liam travels nearly an hour each way to get to us each day. That's how good we are to work for! Liam is a trained paint sprayer technician and enjoys socialising with friends and tinkering with his Focus ST.

Mechanical Technician

Darren has worked for M J Warner since 2015 and is one of our skilled Accident Repair Centre mechanical technicians.  
Away from work he enjoys fishing and is always telling us about 'the one that go away'. Remember, old fishermen never die, they just smell that way.
